Nonwovens in Tech-Textiles

We are producing non-woven fabrics since 2006. Our production lines are adapted for processing a mixture of glass and either polypropylene or polyamide fibers. We produce nonwovens from 500 g / m2 to 2500 g / m2 in rolls or sheets. Material ratios can be from 30% to 70%. Such material is mainly used in the automotive industry for the production of trunk and interior compartments or as a core of storage panels above the trunk compartment.

Since 2018, we own a double belt press, which allows us to compress our nonwovens to a third of their original thickness thanks to pressure and heating. The result is a hard board with better mechanical properties during subsequent processing. Another significant benefit is space saving during transport, less storage space and a better handling.
